player mic spams on minecraft trade TF2 every day

player was kicked 3 times by godly luigi
(banned for a week)
Player also spams the lyrics to every song in chat

He has bans on many other trade servers for the same reason, I'm not having him.

Thank you, I saw you perform the ban, when searching his name he is invisible on add friends / view players
I have reported him and his hacks to steam themselves to see if they can do anything
