Hyperscrolling. Warned and continued, kicked and stopped then started about 10 mins after he was kicked, then removed. Player has previous bans for the same thing.

With a history and being banned 2 times in less then 2 days for the same thing you can take and break and learn that Hyperscroll/macros are not allowed.
