Inappropriate spray. B3ll!cus had warned him previously. I've warned him in the past, about 3 weeks ago, that he can't spray inappropriate sprays in HG servers. He was kicked previously, and I was pretty sure I had to give him a ban before, but it's not showing.

Since its his first ban 1 hour is fine. Next time just take screenshots of the warnings, kicks, and sprays because sometimes the sprays don't show up on demos. Thanks for the report.
