Hyperscroll.

Warned twice in admin chat, he argued he wasn't doing it. He was kicked. He came back, continued to argue that he wasn't hyperscrolling and that we were abusing him. He got kicked again. Came back and continued and now he's in time out.

I want to carry this on further to defend myself against the "hyper-scroll" I was doing I was using regular scroll wheel bound to +jump, As well as banning me after I stopped bhoping completely and just argued my point blatant abuse if I stopped. I just wanted to make my point about his abuse and my legitimacy...
