Did not ban him at the server. Submitting demo for eval by
higher-ups.

Using HellsGames clan tag without permission. Had a strange
idea that just because he was good, and could set it to "HellsGamers", that
it was OK.

Also appeared to be using a BH script again.
BH'd all the way over from T roof to Neutral.

Anyone using the Steam group tag "HellsGamers" is 100% fine, there is only rules for wearing the -hg-, [HG] or HG | tag in there name, as for the bhopping i will need mdx_stats too see if he is actually scripting or not. Not banned, Thanks for the report and not going straight to a ban in-game.
