Know its not spec, but I could see it, plus I believe his name pops up a few times while I'm aiming at him, blatant aimbotting.

Demo is no good, not banned. You need to record them from spectate in first person. What you got on demo here doesn't show enough to say that he is without a doubt aimboting. You had enough time to jump in spec and record at least 2 shots before you banned him.
