Obviously by the way he is talking you can tell he is trolling.
They periodically bend the rules/delay as a group intending to troll.

Can't tell if bad voice changer or not. Regardless, he is obviously trolling and "delaying" on kill maps. The way he strafes obviously shows he really isn't a "9 yaer old" kid. Thank you for the report! He can come here and explain his actions.
