Mic spam for more than 20 minutes and will not stop after multiple warnings... admin was down (rest in peace tf2) and no admin/mod could do anything

Also uses racist words in the mic


I will post a screenshot of 1 warning i gave him because that shoulda been it. Also Kira gave him MULTIPLE warnings

I will have someone else review this as the voice chat in the demo is broken for me and sounds like a robot.
