Getting tired of dealing with Spuffy and his hyperscroll i have given him serveral short term bans and he just don't get it

Spuffy i never said you were scripting, you are using hyperscroll and it's not allowed on HG servers. we want you to play and have a good time on our servers but breaking the rules will not be tolerated. i have given you chances and countless warnings, you always leave just before i get ready to ban you and come back in day or so and start the whole thing over. each time i ban you for this the length of the ban is going to increase, so follow the rules you you will have no problems out of me. but test me and it won't end well i promise.but if you can admit you are using it and and give me your word that you won't in the future i will reduce the duration of your ban, but if you use it again the duration will be reinstated
