Insulting me and others and accusing me of acting like admin when he himself acts like admin. Users Socrates and Written in Shadow can vouch for this, as seen on the screenshot. Mugetsu has been harassing me like this for past 3 rounds.

someone with -hg- tag shouldn't act like this.

He really shouldn't act like that. He's been talked to several times. It's not up to him to ban people and to decide whether or not bans should be extended. Thanks for the report.
