Prop claiming with the intent of not using them. Avoided removing nails after sevel warnings

He avoided removing his nails after several warnings and requests. Repeated this 2 games in a row. He continued to say some remark far from my request. His actions killed over 39 people.

He needs to read the rules and stop doing that. As a reminder: 7. Do NOT nail props down for no reason if you do not have any intention to build an actual barricade.
