i had asked the server to rtv being that this map was littered with spawn killing he tried to kick me being that he was one of the spawn killers

She really shouldn't do that. If she gave a real reason like "spamming chat" (which you did, so please do not spam the chat even if the map is going bad) would be a different thing. Thanks for the report. I'm gonna reduce the time, but approve it. Can take this as a warning.
