For one, it's a map exploit. I would use it, but not abuse it. For reasons, it's a bit on you. If you know this is a map exploit, why don't you use different blocks instead of keeping the glass which anyone can throw knifes through? I don't see it's necessary to have see both teams, so just use the same color brick blocks instead of glass, and this wouldn't have happened. I don't think it's that hard, right?
