Troll spawning during AU TZ when there are few admin online. We passed a votekick but he reconnected to the server and went back to the same spot. 2 more addition votekick were placed but he did not stop. I told him I would submit a ban report but he continued. I checked his gametracker stats and he has 60 hours on the server, more than enough to understand the troll spawn mechanisms and the chat logs and votekick prove he was doing it intentionally.
