The demo would be located in Steam > SteamApps > common > Counter-Strike Source > cstrike after you have found the demo, you can drag into the "Drag files here" on the right side of the "Add New Reply" or you can click on the 'edit' button and click the "Choose File" under New Upload and find the demo. Click the submit button on the bottom right of the New Upload section and the demo should pop up under Current Uploads and then you'd have to click the check next to the demo and hit submit in the Post Text section.
