Proof, with him admitting in chat. 2 SS's have chat related to his actions.

Nailed down all props to prevent others from re-cading.

He didn't know an admin was on.

He does this a lot when no admins are on. Rule Breaking, etc.

He should take some time and read our rules..

7. Do NOT nail props down for no reason if you do not have any intention to build an actual barricade.
13. Do not claim every prop in the room.
