Walling, and i believe no recoil but hard to say. My reasoning for the no recoil is if you watch his shots they dont deviate and after he fires his reticle drops slightly below center then returns to the center of his screen.

At the time of the demos he was playing under cjb14207, Most of my proof of his walling starts at about 1:30 of the cjb14 demo. I'll be stunned if people don't see how he lines up his shots on people as he looks at them through the walls before he steps out/jumps out.
