Got a report from a VIP player about this person being a cheater.
Demo'd them for awhile, but didn't see anything extremely obvious
(or obvious enough for me to immediately ban them). Maybe a
more experienced admin might see something in the demo to indicate
cheating, but if not, I'm OK with that, too.
Just doing this out of due diligence, etc., etc.
If there is a better way to submit these demo's in situations like
this, let me know.
