He was warned three times via the "remove spray" command to not use the hardcore spray. After the third removal, I warned him in chat. He immediately sprayed it right in front of me while I was removing it yet again. I just did a search on procedures for improper sprays, couldn't find them, but realized I skipped the "kick" stage. If an admin can reinstate his player privileges, I would appreciate it.
