might want to start around 194-5k to see him before he crouches. also his first try to throw a cleaver at me.
196k the scout with the japanese like hat (Drancon) Throws a cleaver through the door at me
and 196900 (just continue for about 10seconds after) you see yes it was him who threw it in the Kill Feed when i die due to bleed damage
