I've warned this individual many times on separate occasions about mic spamming yet he refuses to listen after repeated attempts to enforce our rules via muting and even kicking him from the server. He was banned to hopefully teach him a lesson to stop or further measures will be put in place to prevent him to disrupting players during game play.

I want to say that this guy isn't a mic spammer, he just repeats phrases in a calm manner every now and then. Sure he says the same 3 things but not enough to be considered spam-you don't even have a demo :\

I respectfully beg to differ, sometimes he's really bad - to the point where multiple people are telling him to be quiet while other times he's toned down. Whatever you may want to call it, mic spamming, trolling, etc., he's disrupting game play to the point where people are asking how to mute him. If what it takes for disciplinary action on his behalf is to upload multiple demos of him doing so then I will do so.
