I have told you to stop telling our mods what to do. It's not your job anymore and I would appreciate if you stop doing it. Mods aren't forced to be on the server 24/7, they do what they can when they can. Also, you can use the !request command to request an admin on the server. Don't let it happen again.

After this discussion I would like to be clear about a few things as well.

When a moderator doesn't use his powers against a player breaking the rules after warnings is a form of favoritism.
Telling a moderator what he should be doing is not a job.
Any player is able to do that since this is called common-sense.
In order to keep the server fun you are supposed to enforce the rules being applied on the said server.

When you fail to do so, it means that the rules are not being applied the same way for everyone.
Then the break-the-rules-for-fun attitude comes again, complicating the future moderator's job on the server.
This is a recurrent topic concerning ZS moderation.

Once more, if you see a mod that is ignoring whatever is going on on the server, you get some evidence and you send it over to me or any gmod dS. I understand your concerns but you really need to understand how things work and respect it, because it is also part of our rules, our procedures. Thanks.
