Constant reckless driving, cdm, racism. Cares nothing for the rules of the server and feels he can do whatever he likes. Pure disregard.

IMO he needs a driving blacklist and at least a refresher on the rules of the server.

Will blacklist from driving for a bit or until he finds me, or another admin to confirm he's read the rules and understands them. Thanks for the report.
