I get raided by cookie who owns an apartment above me. I proceed to kill him then realize it's a good chance to raid his apartment. As i'm raiding him, someone who is not in his org kills me from the halls and when asked why replies "its a threat to my apartment as well so its just easier to kill you"

OKay, killing like this isn't the smartest thing to do. You cannot randomly kill someone like this unless they actually make an attempt on your life.
