What do you mean you saw my name tag come out? You CAN'T just go into Empire Hotels and shoot the first bloody guy you freakin' see because you assume he was the one raiding, how about check your room next time?

Look..Ive been known for breaking rules in HG..But im no liar.You started in PM Then it went to OOC as well and kigen said stop. So again. I said i was sorry..Q ive been around this community for a LONG time. I dont see a need to lie considering i was in the TS with super and told him what happened. I thought it was you. Notice the little dude running through the back of the hotels hiding...It was my mistake as i saw you 1st..

end rant...i will accept whatever punishment is given.

"14. If you are raiding/defending, you may only kill players if they are actually on the property or if they are posing a threat AND near the property. A threat constitutes having a gun in their hand or being in the raiding/basing organization and being near the property is being within name-tag distance of the property. If a citizen or a government official, who has no association with the property, comes onto the property during a raid and is not posing a threat, he/she does not have to be warned to leave the property and can be shot upon being seen ON the property."

JaX is referring to this rule.

All I see is a very honest mistake here. JaX was defending his property from who he thought was a raider and as the video shows; you were very well near it when it was actually being raided. Also realistically if I were in his shoes, considering this is Empire, I would've done the same.

In future; please be aware of non-combatants JaX, they may just be residents trying to run away/be people who are not participating in the raid.
