Friend of HG | Hi, this is a report to myself as well as a response to these reports: http://hellsgamers.com/hgbans.php?i=196659-andygarc1a and http://hellsgamers.com/hgbans.php?i=196471-cameron-richards . The report links I have posted have painted me in a scenario where it looks like I am 100% in the wrong, however, as we approach the grey area in the rules, it all becomes subjective. I just wanted to explain my side of the events and refuse to acknowledge the validity of the previous reports until my side of the story is considered. Once it is considered, I'm ready to accept the possible consequences that come along with it. All in all, I want my side of the events to be considered rather than me taking sole blame for what had occurred because it is complicated. WHAT HAPPENED? • At tick 78000, I am chasing Cameron Richards for evading (was not able to get a warrant at the time). • Then shortly after, at 80000, I see that his car is not parked properly, however, he has a current ticket. So as soon as he paid for the ticket for evading, I ticketed him a second time for being improperly parked. • Soon after, I thought he was going to rob the bank which did not give me enough time to explain why I did what I had done, however, I was met with a bullet to the face. What was going on in my mind at the time was that he committed a crime, so I ticketed him. Then I see him illegally parked at the bank, however I cannot give him a ticket because he has a ticket from the previous crime. As soon as he paid his current ticket, I gave him another one for being illegally parked. Two separate crimes = two tickets. I believe at the time I wanted to explain what I did what I had done but he went into the bank and I was assumed he was going to rob it so I was on edge but instead I was RDM'ed soon after leaving me unable to explain the scenario. Sorry, Magic for doing this after you disapproved the ban, but I feel that it was completely unfair that you made it seem like it was completely my fault when it wasn't. Honestly, it's all just a huge misunderstanding, but if you still believe I am in the wrong after what I had explained, I will accept that. |
HG Veteran | As I explained to you over steam chat multiple times, you should give ample time in between tickets. If his car is already ticketed, move on, don't sit there and camp him to wait for him to pay it. Its not your job to stalk a person out to pay a ticket. Cops patrol. In addition, you should give time for him to at least see if he moves his car and reparks it neatly. He got in the car, started it, and you gave him no time to move. See, at that point in time, he is attempting to MOVE his car, which you gave him no time to do. Give him time to move his car if he can't even get in yet for still having to pay a ticket. So I will say this, if someone is attempting to move a improperly parked vehicle, give them some time at least. Its very nitpicky and that's how I continue to see this issue. Reviewed. |
