bypass toggling? We have seriously been over this before, I don't know how long ago, but within the past month, may not have been specifically with you, but literally all I use is fps_max 31. (and I've been playing Hellsgamers servers for years now, while always using fps_max 31 to bhop) So, i mean could you help me out in what these numbers mean, and why it makes you think its toggling, because this is the same situation as before.

a perf of 70+ % is virutally impossible to get, as i have said it's under review and if i'm wrong you will be unbanned and have my sincerest apologies

I don't know how to respond to that, because I guess the only reason why my perf is 70% is because of fps_max 31,
but this is what I'll say, because I've been palying HG servers for so long, and would like to continue palying. Some servers don't allow for fps_max to be changed, otherwise it will kick you, so like if that change is made, it would already solve the problem.
Another thing to give information, is the server tic rate, I don't know much but been around long enough to know that they are usually 66 or 100, which can help with bhopping
