Third time is a charm! I joined into the server to Bilbo playing music over the microphone, when asked to stop the music continued and another admin muted him, Bilbo then proceeded to leave the server and join back a little over 15-20 minutes later to avoid a mute. I am requesting that he either gets a ban or a voice mute persistant through joins.
