hes being really rude to players and gagged him and hes changing his names to racist things i warned him then kicked him then returned saying racist things

Not Enough proof.
You mentioned a demo i would like to see that if you still have it.
Using the word Negro isn't racist but i get the intended meaning behind it, i don't see a proper warning or a gag not even a reconnect and he wasn't being rude to other players.
if you have more proof plz post it.
