3 lifes in a row? No. I ran into the back of the police car, but ok. What happened to not parking cars in the middle of the road? I love how I get CDM'd all day and I hit 1 cop and I get banned for 5 hours. Legit.

Conkers, I've been reporting CeeDee all day about him running me over and you do nothing, but I flip my car over a few times and hit 1 or 2 cops because they are stupid enough to leave their car in the middle of the road, and I get a 5 hour ban? I get banned in general? You've slayed me like 5 times for random stuff that I didn't do. Like that time I robbed the bank and I ran away shootings cops and accidentally hit you and you teleported to me, and as I was explaining myself to you as to why I accidentally shot you, you slayed me. Then you slayed me for shooting one of your org members in a raid. How come you protect your org so fast, but when someone has a legit complaint you don't do anything? I've died maybe 25-30 times today from Bad RPing and CDM. JJK lied when he said "cdm 3 lives in a row". No. Mos tof that time, I was growing...not even driving around. On top of that 5 HOURS? 1 - 2 Cops cdm? Their fault? Ok... whatever.

You say you've seen me driving like this in city? I'm a wonderful driver. If I've hit anything, it's because I get 9 FPS when I stare at the nexus. Ya sure, I drive fast, but what else would you buy an Audi or fast car for? When cops don't enforce speed laws, why am I getting in trouble for speeding? Ya sure, I flip my car over A LOT, but that only because the Audi flips really easily. I seriously don;t see where you say that I hit people and CDM and run into things all the time, when clearly I don't.

I'm not saying you're necessarily lying, But JJK, I don't know where he sees that I ran over people 3 lifes in a row, when I haven't. I think that you have just seen the times when I slam into corners of sidewalks (which I admit i do hit a lot). But most of the time, I've been good about watching how I drive. I'm going to be honest and say that I was banned for CDMing (Permanently) in the past, so yes, I have infact been watching how I drive. I'm not going to screw it up in 3 days. I'm sorry if that came across wrong, but if anything 5 hours is extremely harsh.

I thought I might add here now: Rizon unbanned me and gave me another chance 3 days ago.

Again, Rizon. The circumstances on why I was banned were extremely twisted. There is huge difference between CDMing just to CDM and CDMing because someone is driving on the wrong side of the wrong or someone is crouching/standing behind a car and I cannot see them. Believe what you want, but I haven't purposely caused CDM or committed CDM on purpose. I have been watching how I drive and I could understand why you wouldn't believe me, but JJK wasn't even on long enough for my "3 Lives in a row". If you check the logs, I was arrested 3 lifes in a row for raiding. Like I told Conkers, most of the last 3-4 hours last night, I wasn't even in my car. I was growing with a friend and raiding apartments, so again. Believe what you want.

I seriously get tired of when I get ran over all the time and nobody seems to give a flip about them, but lo and behold I accidentally hit 2 police officers (at the same time) who was their fault anyways for standing behind their car in the middle of the road. I don't see how this justifies ME getting banned! You can talk to my ORG members [NOISIA] They will back me up and say that I rarely drove last night in city. We grew for most of yesterday and 75% of that time frame, I was either: 1) In jail, or 2) dead from a raid or being raided. I haven't done anything wrong. If someone would have spectated me like all the other admins seem to do when someone CDMs, they would have seen that I never once ran over anyone for the fun of it.

And another thing, "driving crazy in city".... Drifting around turns smootly and maybe wrecking my car a few times? I get banned for driving "crazy" in town. Driving crazy would be me backing up over people and ramming into everyone's cars (again the firefighters always do, but no one says crap about them) and swerving all over the road. Again, I drive very well. The Audi has obviously been fixed, so turning isn't even an issue anymore. MY speed? Yea sure... I drive 105 through town down the main road, mainly because Cops never enforce the damn speeding laws and no matter how fast I drive, I'm always "driving too fast". Yea, I do wreck my car a lot, but this again is not entirely my fault. People leave their cars out in the middle of the road and big trucks never drive on their side of the road. People steer into me when they drive those big firetrucks and mules. What you see if way different from actually reality.

Perp Rules:

4. If you are stopped in the middle of the road for an emergency, make sure to turn on your overhead lights. (They never do this)

5. Speeding and other traffic laws (No where here does this say you can be banned for speeding)
Traffic lights and traffic signs in effect if caught breaking any of these laws you may get a ticket, if caught again arrested. Along with speed limits.

6. Public Damage (Again, arrest...not a ban [unless it was random])
For example destroying a officer's vehicle or maybe starting a fire, this is a reason for arrest.

8. Dangerous driving (RP driving can be interpreted differently to everyone. A lot of people think it's driving fast and safely)
Whilst driving you are expected to roleplay drive, if you are driving on the wrong side of the road, hitting other cars etc you may be arrested.

13. Illegally parking (So it's my fault that I hit someone who sitting in the middle of the road? If the car is empty, I'm going to push it off to the side or I'm going to go around it)
You may now be able to park on the side of the street, make sure you park on the side of the road by touching the curb or being halfway on the curb. If you park your car terribly, park it in the middle of the street etc you will be ticked.
