I'm inclined to believe that he did a mass tarp, as I've seen him do this several times with about the same number of kills. Considering he's number two on the server in rank, has never had a t-list report before, and your "solved" post, I'll disapprove this

if you get stronger proof of him freekilling, feel free to make another report
