RDMs multiple rounds and gets kicked afterwards. Later he come backs saying he didn't rdm. When he shot a T for standing still and having a shotgun. I explained RDM to him and told him to type !rules. He completely ignore my warning and kept on spamming admin chat and claiming he didnt RDM.
