Multiple accounts of racism, I gagged him, he left and came back, avoiding punishment, to ask why he was gagged even though I gave him a warning via all chat.

Also, he left again before I had the chance to ban him for evasion, I had to get his SteamID from GameMe and that's why I'm posting it as a ban.
