Glitching Weapons at start of round. Keeps Primary Weapon with no ammo and does not turn rebel for having it out and even shooting it.

Ticks:
20916 - Holding Glitched Weapon
21000 - Quoted saying glitched weapon "Is not real". Aka Acknowledging he is glitching the game
26000 - Once again holding glitched weapon
27500 - Holding Weapon with ammo, and is not turning rebel
28300 - Aiming Glitched weapon, not turning rebel
29000 - Finally turns rebel after shooting someone.

How super terrible?
*WAS considering becoming a HellsGamers coder so i could be the ONE person who cared enough to fix EVERYTHING you have to hold against me*
So i'm leaving the final decision down to this ban.
