Player kept getting headshots out of nowhere. He seemed to be able to see when a player was exiting spawn or behind a building. I believe he was using wall hacks and aim assist as he'd also snap to players quite quickly. Link to his stats page: http://hellsgamers.gameme.com/playerinfo/7571661

Without proof we can't do anything. You need to spectate him in first person view and record a TF2 demo.
