starting about tic ~6000 he takes lead and proceeds to shoot festive with no orders, he does it a few rounds until he gets locked to prisoners.
at about tic ~25000 he gets back on guards and then shoots prisoner in cell with no orders, switches back to sniper and gets lead, proceeds to shoot prisoner with no orders and gets T-Listed
Do not freekill. Take some time off.
