Individual kept claiming I let a hacker onto the server, would say that I was friends with him on discord, and letting him hack, I spectated and even joined opposite team of supposed hacker and did not find anything. Then the player decided to build exit tele's in base and disobey our rules and I took further steps in applying the rules therefore he faced punishment for his actions.

IF you could get me a screenshot of the teleporter when it is active. It is only against the rules if the tp was active.
