I HAve demos, aswell. Id recommend a perma ban til he matures/learns the server better to be frank. he has consistent little freekils
and freeshots and bans & kicks. Deffinitely a perma tlist would be needed, Or a ban.

First off, please use the HG uploader next time to submit evidence

Second, there doesn't really show proof of anything happening. From the first screenshot looks to me like he may of killed someone in e-chair before someone had taken lead, wondering why he was t-locked.

Make sure you follow our procedure: warn > mute/gag > kick > ban

If you want to upload the demo you may, just provide a demo tick if it's a long demo.
