well first of all this player has harassed me in game and out of game calling me a "cheap Saudi whore" and taking my Bind "But Cats Tho ~(˘▾˘~)" and turns it into "attention tho ~(˘▾˘~)" and the player is really sexual in chat http://hellsgamers.gameme.com/player_histories/chat/7043623

I don't see any harassment directed towards you.
Being sexual in chat isn't a banable offence.
changing someones binds also isn't harassment.
If you have more proof plz post it
