Joins a 10man near the end to make a 6v5, gets slain. Plays the next round and gets kicked and proceeds to cause trouble in teamspeak. (Rise Above)

It was like 15 to 6 I then joined the team and made it 6v5, for amusement. The entire team laughed and we had fun. I then got kicked, then jokingly changed my name to racist admins, when the kick was obviously justified.

By trouble in teamspeak, im sure you mean how you threatened to ban me thinking you were tough, and then I said "do it pussy."

Also idk why this is permed, as I have literally never been banned before.

You're right, you do not have a recent ban history at all, and that does count for something. However, your recent history of an admin removal and countless user notes says otherwise to the extreme. You have been around long enough to say the least to know them and follow the rules, I always say it isn't difficult because it really isn't difficult to follow these rules, yet after countless warnings your behavior continues to deteriorate. I even gave you chances, like slaying and kicking you despite all your 10man and HG experience which warrants more severe punishment immediately, but your big mouth has lead us here and hopefully, after 3 months you can learn otherwise and harness the experience you have already gained from your years of HG experience. 10mans are about having fun for everyone, but rules don't need to be broken to have it, you might have even been able to ask if you could 6v5 and not driven yourself to a ban.

TL;DR: Improve your behavior to appeal in 3 months.
