Except i dont instigate. If someoen picked a fight with you and you say something back thats not instigating. Its defending yourself. And this ban was no correct.

Clearly that isn't the case, this ban is correct because you create an unnecessarily negative atmosphere in our servers after very explicit warnings. If don't realize what the clear problem is, we don't want you on our servers.

Okay i can see where some of the issues would be coming from and that is only when i get angry. I flip out and do get kind of mysoginistic but that is only when the admins dont take actions in a mass frekill. Yesterday 3 people killed every t and the admins/mods did nothing. They said they didnt see it and let it go. Even if they killed the 2 people in LR also. I might got toxic at points and that is my main reasoning of why.

So I noticed you made a common mistake here, people with the [admin] tag pay for admin, and do not have to take action if they don't want to. Furthermore, no admin, mod or anyone can take action on a freekill if they do not see it. Take that into account. If you get freekilled report it civilly and then move on. When you lash out at everyone on the server it just makes the situation worse, this isn't your first offense...especially recently so you'll have to wait out this ban for a bit but please learn from your mistakes.
