Subject was said to be activity rdm'ing over teamspeak chat before I entered the game, I hopped in after hearing that he was rdm'ing. I got in a played a round or two when he attempted to rdm and left, the T player did not actively shoot at the subject, the subject apparently decided to start shooting at the T player that was not KOS'd, High Sus'd or actively t- baiting. The subject then proceeded to leave the match in the middle of the round.
