So, he was killing me and i don't like that, right? note, this is not why i am reporting him. so i am flying through the ather and tophattop joins spectators to find me then joins blu again. This is after the incident but its showing the times he changed teams.

You really need proof of him hunting you down wherever you were hidden. This is difficult to prove unless you are a cloaked spy. Also, you would need a demo, not a single screenshot.
