Yes. He killed an inno. The inno got in his way while shooting the traitor. Over two minutes later you ended up killing him....

DNA scanner pointed at him (as you can see in the console), it isn't my fault, as a Detective I had proof enought to kill him. You banned someone else 10 min after me, I think you are getting a little vexed.
