Giving so many warning to not put a dispenser at the snow biome and the graveyard but still refuse!

Since he was not kicked after not listening to the warning, it isn't bannable. I recommend reading through the admin procedures ( https://hellsgamers.com/topic/111210-admin-procedure-notes/ ).

Procedure for portal glitching with built objects is Warn -> Destroy (unless Gold VIP) -> Kick -> Ban.

Additionally, please attach ban proof to the game ban rather than creating a new web ban in the future.
