As you say in 0:23 in the first clip Northground, someone is giving points away for peope to say "black in spanish" (negro). I took the bait, and asked what black in spanish is. I did not do that as bait, it was a genuine question, as I wanted some points. Someone said "negro", which is black in spanish. I then said it in mic. I am guessing that ToF though that I was trying to bait peope into saying negro when I asked what black in spanish is, and then when I said negro, he thought that I took it too far. I then came back, felt unjustified, and tried to explain the situation to the people on the server. (not any mods just the people playing) I did so because I wanted to show my reasons as to why I felt unjustified. Then I was banned, why? "RACISM TROLL"
I believe this was just a pure misunderstanding.

We have not stopped warning to stop trolling with these words. I have evidence. You were warned in vocal and on the cat. There are rules that must be respected.

Yeah, I do understand that there are rules, and I got fooled into saying a rude word. The meaning of it wasn't the n-word, but black. I did realize that I was baited and realized my mistake, and then jokingly said, oh will I get banned for saying "negro" now? Because I thought it was obvious that I was tricked. This evidence is not really proving anything. You think that I was trolling when I was not, you ToF, thought I was trying to troll the server, when I did not. I know I was warned in chat. I didn't say any racist word after that. I just tried to explain that it wasn't with meaning to do so. And then I was banned for "arguing". I just tried to make myself in the clear. I do agree that I should have Just calmed down. I apologize that I was so agressive, I just felt like I got kicked for doing a mistake, that wasn't my fault. So I got annoyed. I do really want to get unbanned, so please help me here and tell me anything more that I did wrong so we can resolve it.

I got baited, you warned me, I realized that I was baited. And I wanted to explain so, and I got angry aswell, since I got kicked for implying racism when I didn't even mean it. Dude, I am explaining this, but it feels like I am talking to a brick wall right now.

Let me explain this simply.

Someone in chat says t hat his giving 100 points away for anyone who says black in spanish.

I took the bait, asked people what black in spanish is. (This is where you think I say it to troll people I guess. I actually meant it, since I wanted points. I took the bait. I was trolled.)

I was then informed by some people on the server that black in spanish is "negro".

And since I was trolled, I thought I would get 100 points.

I said it in mic. Got kicked. Okay. I understand why. It looked like I meant a racist word. I came back. Pretty chocked that you guys didn't realize that I got trolled. And tried to explain myself.

Then I got banned.

And I don't really understand why it was a permanent ban either. I mistakingly said "Negro", got annoyed that I was kicked for it, tried to explain it to you. Then got banned. Permanently.

Plus, that IF I was trolling, and got banned for it, I wouldn't try this hard to get back in. I have seriously been playing on this server since I was 12. I am 15 now.

That you play on this server since X years does not change anything about the rules. No benefit is granted.
And if you play since 3 years then you must know that the troll is not allowed as well as incite racism.
Every times you connect, the rules are written.
You say it yourself, you have trolled. After being kicked you came back and you did not stop to say in the cat "I was kick because I said ***", then again you trolling.
And later, you still said "i give 100 pts if a guy say ... in mic"; You can see that in the 2nd video. Now just wait for the decision thx.

I was explaining in the 2nd clip. I told people that some dude was saying "I give 100 pts if anyone says black in spanish" I said Negro, indeed. But the intention wasn't racism. But I did say "Negro" so I understand my ban. ("Understand". You felt as if I meant something racist, so I understand my ban) But making it permanent seems a little weird. I wouldn't get permabanned for a misunderstanding.

That is not trolling. I was angry.

I came back angry because I got kicked after I said "negro" without realizing it was a mistake. And I said "I was kicked because I said negro" Because I didn't mean "nigger". I meant black in spanish. Being angry isn't trolling.

The Vimeo video you posted, is me trying to explain to you that I was kicked, when I didn't mean "nigger" but black in spanish.

I didn't think I would be kicked, since I didn't mean "Nigger" but "Black". Then I was, came back angry. Tried to explain to you that I didn't mean the racist part, in your Vimeo video.

I was not trolling, I got trolled. By the guy saying "100 points for saying black in spanish"

I am fine with a ban, since it's really the only thing I can get because, you won't believe me. But a permanent one seems a bit over the top.

Can you explain to me why I got banned? I mean, when I came back from being kicked I wasn't saying anything racist.

You were kicked for being racist when moderators constantly told everyone not do do it. I dont care if it means black in spanish when its used in a manner to get a reaction out of Admins, you obviously were doing this since you dared us to ban you when saying it. You come back after the kick and tried arguing with Admins and inciting drama on the server. ToF told you to stop trolling multiple times but you just kept on going, and to top it of you began being racist again which got you banned. So dont tell me you were the victim here when you obviously knew what you were doing was wrong.

I see your point. I do agree that coming back and arguing about it was a bad idea, which I can apologize for. Either way I get that you have rules on the server. Can you atleast decrese the ban time? I don't want to be banned forever..
