Harassing and insulting a ton of players, also disrespected a mod, telling people to hang themselves and being racist. User can come here and explain his actions, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Hey this is ritz here I just wanted to apologize for this behavior I know it's unacceptable but I wasn't aware that I would get perm banned since most of the people in the server I know do these kind of things as well also most of the people I pmed saying those kind of things knew I was joking anyway hg is my favorite server I've been grinding for points ever since I joined and I get on mostly daily and was even thinking of donating to become VIP I would really appreciate if I was unbanned if I don't it's fine I understand but if I were to be unbanned I wouldn't act disrespectful to anyone anymore or toxic once again I sincerely apologize to anyone I might've offended also the 1st ban was for abuse votekick even though I just votekicked once thank you for your time and I hope you reconsider hg is my favorite gmod server 😢 sincerely Ritz

I don't see how it was just a joke, you were telling people to hang themselves and it looked like you were being pretty serious when you also threatened to kick them off the server if they didn't listen to you. If others say that kind of stuff report them to a moderator or division staff, do not copy them. As for the racism you were straight up racist and racist towards specific players too. Think kind of behavior and toxicity is not acceptable.
