Hey HG, I'd like to make a ban repeal. First off, I understand why you guys ban for this word, but honestly I wasn't using it in a racist context. In black culture in America, the 'n' word is used in the same context as 'bro' 'man' or 'dude. Typically its agreed upon that the hard R ending of the word is racist, but not the 'gga' ending. However I apologize for using it when its against the rules, but I certainly was not using it in a malicious or racist manner, and I think that is clear when you look at the context. Secondly, overall I'm a pretty easy going player in this server who means well. I try to help new comers when they come in and answer questions people have. Hopefully you guys can look past my prior bans and see that I'm really not so bad. This is the only server I play on so I'll be sad having to wait a week.

I appreciate you guys looking over my request, hopefully I can have my ban shortened. Going forward I be more mindful of the rules. Thanks. -Player 1

Just another note, there are people who come and say actual racist things like "i hate ******s" that I find to be genuinely racist. I'm clearly not a racist, and you wont catch me saying horrible things like that. I like to meme it up, I don't take myself seriously so when I say that word I'm saying casually the way you would hear it in hip hop music. The last thing I wanna do is promote hate against a group of people. Thanks again for taking to time to review this, I hope we can come to an understanding. I genuinely mean well.

No version of the n word is allowed on our servers, whether its in a "friendly" way or not. You've been banned a few times for it and there are still people who might take offense to it in any way its used. As for the votekick abuse you just keep on going, do not votekick abuse. If you get banned again, dont expect a time reduction. If you can't learn after this reduction, you wont learn from the next.

I hope to see improvements.
