Adding evidence. Player first had a highly inappropriate name when I came on. I asked it to be changed and the user refused. I kicked the user and they returned with the name "Inappropriate name" and then changed their name several times while bragging "I may have an IP changer to avoid a previous ban." The player then mocked my name and then changed it to have my whole name in it. Asked to remove it, and the player continued.

While writing this, the player came back on a new account.
