This player, spam in the chat and in mic too. I warn him with gag etc, he starts again so i kick him.
He come back and spam in vocal, i kick him.
Then later he did an abuse votekick so i want the ban but i missed my order so he left to avoid it.
When he comes back he troll me by saying "bye".

He just doesn't learn, and he thinks he's smart about it too by leaving before he receives any punishment, well think again.

He can stay banned for continuous rule-breaking and ban evading. He is free to appeal but don't expect to be unbanned without serving your time.
